MLP USA is committed to being ethical and responsible for our environment. MLP as seller, distributor of parts and repairer of newspaper, web and sheetfed offset lithographic printing presses, is a firm believer in Mitsubishi Heavy Industries' Customer First Principle — "We strongly believe that the customer comes first and that we are obligated to be an innovative partner to society." MLP strives to contribute to social progress through our business activities and looks for ways to protect the environment so that it can be enjoyed by generations to come.

Our sales, repair and parts distribution efforts generate minimal amounts of solid, liquid, and hazardous wastes. Programs at MLP USA are designed to reduce the amounts of these wastes that are disposed to landfills or incinerated. Recycling efforts are continually evolving for these wastes. Top management reviews our programs annually to ensure MLP is upholding our commitment to our social and environmental stewardship.

MLP is committed to assist our business partners with their efforts in the development of a sustainable society. We strive to provide and use products that alleviate environmental burdens — through pollution prevention, conservation of resources, energy saving, waste reduction, reuse and recycling.

MLP is committed to comply with federal, state, local and other environmental protection requirements that apply to the environmental aspects of design, development, and repair of offset printing presses.
